Ingredients
1 15-ouncecan diced tomatoes
1 15-ouncefire-roasted tomatoes with chiles
½yellow onionroughly chopped
1celery ribroughly chopped
1jalapeñowith seeds, roughly chopped
½bunch fresh cilantro leaves with stems
3tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1tablespoontomato paste
1 ¼teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth but still with some chunks. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican food. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
