South East Asian Sweet Corn and Noodle Salad

What you need

  • 4 cobs corn
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  •  Olive oil spray
  • 100 g rice stick noodles, prepared as per packet directions, cool
  • 1 small barbequed chicken, cut into slices
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ZOOSH Tuk-tuk into Sth East Asian with a Hint of Kaffir Lime

How to make it



SPRAY the corn and onion with oil then barbeque or chargrill, turning for 4-5 minutes or until just tender. Cut kernels from corn cobs.
PLACE all the salad ingredients on a serving platter. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately.
