What you need
- 1/2 chinese cabbage (wombok), trimmed and finely shredded
- 2 carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 4 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- 1/3 cup finely shredded mint
- 1/3 cup chopped coriander
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup ZOOSH Tuk-tuk into Sth East Asian with a Hint of Kaffir Lime
- 1/4 cup salted and roasted peanuts, finely chopped, for garnish
How to make it
COMBINE vegetables, herbs and chilli in a bowl and drizzle with dressing. Gently toss to combine then sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
